Greetings Fellow Grad Students and TFA Alumni,
There are many Teach For America Alumni in the MBA Program here at McCombs. We all still have passion for education issues and we believe our time as graduate students is a great opportunity to connect with each other. We are excited about how our different perspectives from different colleges within a larger university can provide a new light on discussions about education.
Working with Lindsay Fitzpatrick (TFA Alumni Affairs staff in Austin), we will be hosting a social at Dog and Duck Pub. This will be a great time to get together with other students, to not only mingle, socialize, and network, but to discuss what we care so much about. We would love for everyone to be there! There will be plenty of food and feel free to invite anyone who is interested.
Where: Dog and Duck Pub – 406 W 17th St Austin, TX 78701
